When the customer provisions new users for Webex Calling, they always need to manually check the box "Email a copy of Message" in the Additional Voicemail Settings in Control Hub.
They would like to have the option to set it up as DEFAULT setting for all users, but currently there is no way to do this.
We are planning on adding this value to the calling template, whereby an administrator can set the default value of the call forward voicemail for the entire org or a select group of users. We are looking to prioritize in the next couple of quarters.
