WxCC Threshold alert - addition of Outbound

WxCC Threshold alert - addition of Outbound failure metric under Threshold metric.

Can we get outbound failure metric added in the threshold metric section to set alerts for number of outbound failures for an agent. Screenshot attached for more details.
