Provide a working solution for scheduling meetings in name of others as Webex Scheduler does not provide this option anymore for on-premise registered MS Exchange servers

Due to the End of Life status of the Webes Productivity Tools, Webex Scheduler was installed. This has caused problems regarding planning meetings in name of others (PA work activities). See the Cisco explanation below:

"This is basically the exchange limitation issue. To refresh, this limitation states that a user will not be able to schedule a meeting for other hosts using a shared calendar in Outlook for Windows. This is due to a Microsoft on-premises Exchange limitation. This limitation is further explained here.

Unfortunately there is no solution for this issue as it's more of a Microsoft issue which has to do with how on-premises Exchange works. The best I can advise you is to keep using the workarounds you have been using so far. Another alternative is that you can still schedule meetings through Webex Scheduler, the only problem is that when you schedule these meetings for other hosts, the meeting invitation will come from you instead of the other person you are scheduling the meeting for."

The situation has already been escalated until the Executive board of TenneT, as the provided workaround are not sufficient. Lots of personal assistants cannot do their work properly anymore, due to the problems that these workarounds still cause.
