Allow endpoints to predict the email of the user they are registered to when sharing via email.

When sharing a white board via a Webex Board, the endpoint does not predict the email of the user that the endpoint is assigned to. Customer "South Shore Health" mentions that the behavior is visible across all other endpoints except DX80.


The customer would like that the endpoints suggest the email of the user that the endpoint is assigned to, when sharing via email. After investigating we were able to determine that the behavior is visible with OS version "RoomOS 10.18.1.3 f60d4725939". It does not change when the endpoint is factory reset, restarted, or when the email is inputted manually.

    Why would Cisco remove this "feature" - what benefit/value was there (or, what problem were you trying to solve)?

    Users were previously able to select themselves in the email export list, now they must enter their full email address. Please restore the functionality!
