Webex Embedded API should offer a "meeting ending" event, so apps can clean up when the meeting ends

Our Webex embedded app has a need to clean up (free resources) at the end of a meeting. An app should be able to subscribe to an embedded API event for "meeting ending", so it can clean up resources. Webex should allow the embedded app to keep running long enough to send requests to a back end server before webex shuts down the embedded browser the app is running in.
