Restrict users to change Firtname and Lastname from Admin side

We are eduction institute and we want that our students should have there roll no in firstname and fullname in Lastname so display name will be combination of Firstname and lastname. Some mischievous students change there name and keep name of Super heroes. So we want to restrict it from admin side.
