Ability to push a factory reset request when phones are deleted from Control hub & add individual "Enterprise migration" phones as one off 's to support a mature enterprise MACD process

Currently in order to perform basic day to day tasks such an add/move/change of a deskphone from one person to to another when the deskphone orginally shipped with enterprise firmware such as in an environment that migration from CM to WxC the process required to reconfigure is very clunky and requires remote field support to factory reset the phone. This process needs to be immediately improved in order for large enterprises to be able to scale out and replace on premise CUCM installations. Below is a link of a TAC engineer walking through the current process to reconfigure a deskphone from one person to another. This is not an accetable long term answer. In addtion there is no way to differentiate out deskphones that have the perpetual MPP firmware from the ones running MPP with a a WxC license requiring the different processs within Control Hub which becomes an even bigger challege when the organization has a inventory of orginal enterprise firmware phones and newer MPP firmware phones.

Below is the current process to MACD a deskphone.

This rolled out within the last 45 days. I was informed by our cisco reps and have teseted it. When you delete a phone from the control hub, it immediately sends a factory reset command.
