Add Various Language (non-English ) display on People Insights

Our user requested Japanese display on People Insights, other than English.
Otherwise it is difficult to use for Japanese customers.
We asked Cisco TAC and they have answered as below:


We have confirmed with the Global development team that

At this time, there are no plans to make the "Personal Insights" function available in Japanese.
