[Converged Meetings] Meeting Containers & In meeting chat for Breakout Sessions

Our groups are switching to MSTeams due to the perpetual chat, emoticons and markup links available while in a meeting. Currently in the Webex app you have to meet from the space, which is fine, but there are no breakout rooms.
