My Customer CNA was asking about the ability to add Practice Session Customizations while in the meeting. CNA currently uses our Webex Events (Socio), Webex Webinar 5000 and Webex Production Services. They are heavy users of Events & Webinars

The use case. They have a main scheduler for Webinars in their organization. The scheduler would not understand if a Practice Session needs customization. They just automatically schedule 'Practice Session' but with no customization.

When the Host, Panelists and Presenters start joining the meeting 30 minutes ahead of time they want the ability to add customizations at this time (While they are already in the Webinar) - Upload an image, message, and music for your practice session in Webex Webinars

There thought where in the menu bar that allows to start or end a 'Practice Session' another option appears to customize that would take you the customization page for that Webinar. (attachment)
