Webex to support rtcp to report Broadworks based call qualities

Communicator used to report "Publish" rtcpxr data the same way most physical handsets do. Our reporting engine used these publish messages to report cusotmer site/individual call etc qualities. Webex only sends an rxstat line (transmit doesn't contain much useful data obviously) showing some data on dropped packets, late packets etc and mos scores. It would be more useful to simply take the rtcp code from the stack you have in Communicator and put this into webex for broadworks to ensure we have accurate data - even the rxstat line is somewhat unbelievable as we've seen reports where you calculate tha tthe rxstsat is saying 10% packet loss yet the MOS score in there is saying 4.3
