Seing more agent status for Transfer and Consultation

Hi,

Currently we only see available agent for transfer and Available and Idle for consultation.

This is limiting because sometine a client want to transfer to a agent voicemail, and adding more status would be easier for agents to know the actual agent status.


Please make sure Idle, Available and engaged is available for transfer and Consultation.
