Hello. We've had quite a number of requests for Webex to "warn" you that you have calls on hold. The type of behaviour they ask for is like the behaviour on Yealink Handset where you get a "trill" type of sound every 30s.
Access4's request is to have a configurable timeframe for this - so not hard coded as 30s, configurable in the Device Template file in Webex for Broadworks Deployments, where once a call is on hold each rotation of that timeframe a selectable identification tone/trill could be selected.
This would be applicable on Mobile and Desktop Clients.
