Allow WebEx Meeting Host to Share or Remove Files When Not the Presenter

This feature, available in WebEx Training Center, allows the Host to support a presenter without interruption and keep meeting room file size to a minimum. This creates seamless, efficient content delivery.

Currently, only the Presenter is able to share a file. In practice, a Host who manages content must stop the Presenter. This is one of the biggest dissatisfiers for our users - presenter, host, and attendees.
