We need to have the ability to filter reports by specific time-frames within a day or group of days. An example would be "all calls to a specific DNIS between the hours of 10:00 and 14:00 for the past 6 months, but only for Thursdays and Fridays"
This functionality has always been available in legacy Cisco products such as UCCE and UCCX, it seems like a complete miss that it wasn't included in Analyzer for WebEx CC.
