User unable to send an automated email to registrants after adding them via CSV File

-User while hosting the Webinar, is adding attendees using the CSV file.

-User turned on registration and had them on auto approve.

-User after sending the email to attendees , adds material to Webinar.

-Now to send another email so that Material link gets shared to registrants, user had to do this manually.

-User would like to have an extra options to send email to registrants.

-Hence user need an extra option of Registrants besides, Hosts, Panelists, Attendees, when they click on Send email notifications/
