Hi Team, We currently have UC one communicator used with CTI Genesys integration with Salesforce and currently with our Contact centre teams we would like to "Minimize the Screen" after the user login. This can be easily done by config.xml tag "Minimize after login". This is a very useful feature and allows the third party integration software to be visible when the call comes in and wouldn't have the End-user see the UC One communicator screen at the top. Webex don't currently provide this configurable option and the request to have the feature parity as the critical feature request for a call centre to operate with no Webex Calling screen in the foreground.
This is available in the Webex App v42.10 and Control Hub as of October, 2022.
