As a female independent contractor, I _highly_ recommend the Cisco WebEx Meetings group program the "invite and remind" emails from the app to be able to reflect what title/description/label appears in lieu of "Personal Room" in the Control Hub. The "invite and remind" emails initiated through the app currently cannot do this per Cisco Support. I imagine that Cisco could build and offer at least one fixed alternative to "Personal Room", like the "Virtual Conference Room" label I use, if it is too complex or risky to carry forward any title/description a customer would want/write as an alternative title for the Personal Room in the Control Hub. Using Outlook to send these invites (for W10 users) is unfortunately not a reasonable nor efficient work-around because Microsoft has been faultily reprogramming that software so much lately that using it is more of a hassle than using Gmail. Another motivation to continue to use the "invite and remind" function is that this function is, BY FAR, the best way to provide attendees with timely, easy to follow, easy-to-click, call-in instructions (and a reliable link to the meeting room). I believe any alternative to the "Personal Room" label that can fully propagate throughout the system would give customers (like me) the option to feel less vulnerable in their professional environment, and less lewd in their generic communications with colleagues and new clients, than I do when I "Invite & Remind" others (some of whom I have not yet met nor worked with) to "Please join me in my PERSONAL room".
