Allow for video strip while stage view is locked

Allow for video strip while stage view is locked. Currently, when stage view is locked (which allows for resizing of the stage) the video strip is removed and instead users only see themselves in picture in picture view.

It would be good for us to have an option to retain the video strip for users that want this ability.
