Provide link to problem report instead of server address during network loss of webex app to UC Calling

Customer recommends providing a link to the problem report or state there is a communication problem instead of asking for the end-user to provie the server address on the Webex Phone Registration page. The end-user would not have access to the server address and an alert would notify them to contact their admin would help.
