HUD - Calling

Heads Up Display (HUD) for Webex Calling Enterprise

A heads-up display similar to the multi-call window is a needed addition to the webex app.

HUD with the following options

  • Real-time presence status of up to 50 users (groups or organizations)

  • Visibility of currently active call

  • Visibility of currently parked calls (group and extensions)

  • Quick transferring and conferencing

  • Search contacts within HUD

  • Pickup shared/monitored lines

In user environments with large multiple offices, HUDs are the single most important visual feature when deciding on a migration route. We would love to migrate from Ring Central however, the limited nature of the Webex App in terms of quick transfers, visibility of active calls and visibility of parked call (groups) make it an improbable decision.
