Change the default calling option when calling from a cloud registered room device to a user in the Webex directory

Room OS11 beta

Room Kit Pro with the feature enabled

At the moment, the default call option when searching for a user on a device running Room OS11 from the directory is Call on Webex.

There is a drop down to chose different calling options and we need the work number to be default and the Call on Webex option removed (bonus as it doesn't work for us) as this is disabled for all users via licensing.
