Consistent call log directory between Webex App for CUCM Calling Mode

Today if you are running the Webex App in CUCM calling mode the call log is not consistent between your applications assuming you have them logged in. This is the experience you get and you should get the calls across all devices no matter if they were missed or answered.


Call comes in and no one answers

- Deskphone: Missed Call

- Webex App PC: Missed Call

- Webex App Mobile: Missed Call

Call comes in and you answer on the deskphone

- Deskphone: Received Call

- Webex App Windows: Nothing shows up in the call log

- Webex App Mobile: Nothing shows up in the call log

Call comes in and you answer on your webex app mobile:

- Deskphone: Received Nothing shows up in the call log

- Webex App Windows: Nothing shows up in the call log

- Webex App Mobile: Received Call

Call comes in and you answer on your webex app PC:

- Deskphone: Received Nothing shows up in the call log

- Webex App Windows: Received Call

- Webex App Mobile: Nothing shows up in the call log
