Unavailable codes for Call Centre agent use were recently made available in Webex bottom toolbar. It would be a great addition to add the code description also available so end users don't have to memorise or keep a list somewhere of what each code is.
This could be via a rollover or similar to the Agent Status where the description appears below each status in smaller text
We would like to have this feature for Broadworks.
