Reduce the timeout for operator auto attendant

The operator option for the auto attendant has a 10 second timer. this is an eternity when on a call waiting. Need to have the option reduce this timer per auto attendant.

    In addition to the user-configurable delay, a new menu option of 'no selection' would be great. This would allow us to repeat on no selection, send to operator, take voicemail, etc..
