Required Reports from 60 months

we cannot pull reports more than 13 months as per the new process. However we have many customers looking for usage analysis, attendee details from day 1 of their subscription. This can be as early as 60 months as well for a long term subscription accounts. We need to have a way to pull reports more than 13 months.

    1.Storage is charged, for specific storage requirements, special treatment I think is correct.

    2.It is also a good idea to export the old report archive often from now on.
