Our customer needs to write down call duration for all calls with his/her customers.
In Cisco Jabber the call duration could be viewed at a glance when switched to the Calling / History tab.
In the Webex App the calling tab only shows the call duration when clicked on a specific call.
For a large amount of calls that's a lot of work to just get the call duration.
Calling with Unified CM
This is important for professionals that do timesheets. Please consider adding this back or an option to show it.
