Hi,

Our customers are using voicemail groups for areas that need to take general messages. We would like to have the ability to get an MWI notification on an MPP phone if there is a voicemail in a voicemail group mailbox. This would streamline operations and eliminate the need to monitor email all day for new messages. Something like a monitored line for the voicemail group.

MS Teams shared mailboxes have the ability to alert via O365 groups - a better experience than Webex provides today.
