Currently when the Webex App is connected to another device(deskphone, teleprecense device), there is no option to request/provide control over the other person shared screen. Following the article https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/ndtm2gp/Webex-App-|-Provide-or-request-remote-desktop-control#Cisco_Generic_Topic.dita_d6e01df2-035d-430c-98e1-b343151d03da you must disconnect all devices from the webex app. We need that behavior changed so you can take/ask control of shared screen when paired.
This would be very helpful for us. We have users that need to call another user and then do a screen share and pass control to them to help work on or troubleshoot issues. They are unable to do this currently. They have to disconnect the phones and then do the screen share without being on the phone and it's inconvenient.
