Allow video layouts in CVI to hide non-video participants

Have the option to disable the avatars of non-video participants showing up on the video layouts on Cisco devices when they are connected to a CVI meeting. Currently active/recent speakers are elected to be shown, however having the ability to show only video participants and exclude non-video participants would be great.

Room OS11 has hide audio avatars button or #5 for other devices, works with VIMT or Webex meetings.
