Add the ability to be able to answer shared

Add the ability to be able to answer shared line appearance on Workstations in Webex Calling

As of now, although BLF is supported by Workspaces, the ability to answer a line that is being monitored is only available for devices associated with users and not with Workspaces as shown in https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/n1qbbp7/Features-available-by-license-type-for-Webex-Calling

However it would be a great improvement to add the ability to answer those calls to workspaces as well
