Request for OAuth with Webex webhooks

We are hosting our bot applications on Google Cloud Portal (GCP) and there is a Ford GCP Policy that requires all public URLs to be authenticated. So we would require Cisco Webex webhooks to have OAuth implementation that could allow us to expose our apps to the public Internet.

    Can you add a ink to GCP docs so I understand better what is needed.

    This is still a requirement - how can Webex webhooks get through an Apigee gateway with OAuth policy enforced?
