Want a user to have permissions to run just

Want a user to have permissions to run just the CDR report for their building or team

We do not want to give someone the ability to run reports on everyone's teams or buildings....just their own. It would be a time saver to not have to run these reports for them, and empower them to run their own report(s) at will.
