Unable to change the Navigation Bar color in advanced branding options in Control Hub.

Тhe settings from basic to advanced are inconsistent. As soon some advanced customization in enabled, the basis customization is ignored from the advanced one - so in this way is no option to change color of navigation bar and from basic settings will not taken.
