Allow Full LDAP Attribute Customization

In CUCM, LDAP Directory currently hard sets almost all fields that are synchronized. A few fields allow different options from a predetermined list. This should be changed to allow administrators to fully customize what fields are synchronized. The Webex Directory Connector is a great example to work from, where you can choose any LDAP attribute to use with any Cisco Cloud attribute. You can also customize the LDAP attribute in case you need to parse or combine values.
