Recently had a meeting where a participant inadvertently pasted personal, sensitive information into the Chat Window of a Webex Meeting. Neither the host nor the participant were able to delete the chat. Post-meeting I was able to instruct the host that they could disable the chat window to hide the content but it would be great if the host of a meeting could flag/delete chat messages so it would no longer be visible to participants.
The intent would be to allow the Host / Co-Host or Moderators (as in the Guest Comment below) to be able to Mark Offensive/Sensitive and block/remove/redact the message.

I see two scenarios:
Abiity to allow participant to edit/delete their own message
Ability to allow Meeting Host, Co-Host or Event Moderators/Panelist to "Mark Offensive/Sensitive/Block" a specific message

This adds another level of service being Admin / host. Having the ability to remove any content in the chat that can be deemed offensive or unnecessary would be a benefit. I would not offer this feature for participants to use though.

Yes, definitely need this. Not sure what additional info can be provided. But I definitely agree, the host/co-host needs the ability to delete content from the chat and q&a panels if required so that this is not visiable by anyone else in the call.

Idea flagged as "Need more info" -- Let me know what I can provide about the scenario to help clear it up. Thanks.
