Customer wants to change the location of the user without assigning and re assigning the licenses as they have 100+users and looking for options related to API.

    This was submitted on my behalf. I was going to create separte locations for each of our physical locations around the city, but because of the clunky way in which locations work I have everyone under one. Yes, using either the bulk admin tool or simply selecting a group of users (and their associate numbers) to move between locations would be the best way forward

    We are implementing the "move user" to include a number move as well. So moving user from location A to location B will include moving the number if a move number is allowed. Plan for this is 1H CY 2024. Please visit the Collaboration roadmap on SalesConnect for more information.     I think a big help to this would be if it gave you the option if using Cisco PSTN services that you did not have to unassign the DID and reassign and give you the opportunity to just move the number as well.

    The ability to move users from one location to another is tentatively planned for CYQ1 2023. This will include an API option to move users.

    Or adding the ability to modify Location using the Bulk Admin. I tried bulk but it doesn't work even thought the import was success, so I had to change location one by one.
