WebEx VDI app - Choose how to react to irregular or transparent borders

Currently the WebEx VDI app by default chooses to ignore 3rd party applications with irregular or transparent borders such as "Math Input Panel" or "Lotus Notes Sametime", resulting in gray video-images in Webex Meetings while using the 3rd party software.

This is a known issue. For VDI optimized meeting, video is offloaded to thin client machine, so WebEx will cut off the region of the window when it is over the meeting client video window. For example: "math input panel" has a large transparent border outside of the showed window. WebEx app chooses not to handle this type of transparent border of third party app in favor of performance on HVD side.

It would be great if customer has the option to choose whether to ignore it and prioritize performance or not and be able to use 3rd party app with no visible defects.
