I have been a satisfied and proud WebEx customer who promotes the service to many other businesses. I have been alerted that my existing account (Free Plan) is going to lapse by Sept 15th and that I will need to take on the new Free Plan. Looking at the new Free Plan features I see that all meetings are 50 minute time limited. As 99% of my meetings are 1 to 1 and I really do not need the feature of up to 100 participants (at this time anyway!) I am wondering if I could have my current feature (1 to 1 unlimited meetings) retained.
Please note, the Zoom platform Free Plan offers 1 - 1 unlimited meetings.
My preference is to remain as a WebEx customer and I hope that you are able to help me remain as such by responding to my request.
