Re-forward forwarded message

The option to forward should only appear if there was "added" text within the forwarded message.
It is not possible to forward message that I was forwarded to me.
It is too limiting.

I am having a case when someone forward me a question as to feature owner and then I want to forward this question to my team to handle it.
