Webex DTAF has a tag in the XML that will never be used.

The issue is:

<record-name enablesrvbackup="%PROXY_DISCOVERY_ENABLE_SRV_BACKUP_WXT%">

%SBC_ADDRESS_WXT%

</record-name>


In this case the %SBC_ADDRESS_WXT% is not in an XML object but is a Text object and should be removed.

    Many tags are in this format, so it cannot be changed.
