Hello,

Currently there is a limitation on the Boards, that "Transcoding" needs to be enabled for the Webex Org in order to use "open space on board" and then open Documents like PDF, PPT, DOC...

Due to security we had to disable "transcoding" for our ORG. Now only Pictures can be shown on the Board when "opening Space" is used.

Please investigate if there is any other option to show Documents on boards without using transcoding in the Backend?
