Customer would like to have the wxcc linked

Customer would like to have the wxcc linked number as the Main number.

This is a product limitation,

BU told us that this will be limited until we remove Rialto bridge but I just want to make sure product team is aware of this limitation and this will be fully resolved when the Rialto has moved away.
