Allow self-view to be incorporated into video layouts

Currently the self-view is limited to fixed positioned overlays. Can the self-view window be incorporated into video layouts so it doesn't steal screen real estate from other video feeds? Ex. Grid/Prominent layouts, the self-view will be appear in one of the tiles. Stacked, the self-view will appear in the thumbnails (in a fixed position).
