Make "Tips" menu editable on RoomOS11

Currently in roomOS11 there is a Tips menu on the home screen. This is very useful when trying to find help for default things.


If we add custom options to the home screen or have additional equipment in the room we would like to add additional Tips for users such as Using room control, making zoom or google meet calls
