Support ACS Index - SSO for UCCX

CUCM and Unity Connection both moved to AssertionConsumerServiceIndex, however UCCX has been left behind and still uses AssertionConsumerServiceURL. With our customers with all three products, SSO is not achievable.

Please include AssertionConsumerServiceIndex support for UCCX to allow for SSO across CUCM and UCCX so that contact center personal has single credential to login to all systems.
