Cloud Registered Devices add a PSTN Participant to an Ongoing Call

One of the blockers of our customers moving from on premise to Cloud is the need to do an ah-hoc conference through PSTN for example: If a colleague is on the road they cant bring them into a call if devices are cloud registered as per this article https://help.webex.com/en-us/n9fvlr0/Add-a-Participant-to-an-Ongoing-Call-or-Meeting-From-Your-Room-or-Desk-Device This works for direct PSTN access through Hybrid Call but not though "add participant"

Feature request to add a custom button that will allow video calls in progress to add a PSTN phone call / conference together via ‘add a call’ button to a video call that is in progress.
