Allow a Moderator in a Webex Meetings to choose a set of 4 or 6 video camera participants that will be displayed to other participants during the entirety of the meeting

This group would be the only group that would be displayed as the video Participants for the meeting. Basically a "Fixed" video Participant Panel Display set from the Moderator or host of the meeting.
