Improve in-meeting Welcome Message

The current ability to place a welcome message for meetings is very antiquated. text based, 255 characters only. Please consider allowing HTML formatting, images, and more characters. This will allow us to have a more professional appearance for guests attending webinar presentations and not have us rely on additional third party software.

    Welcome message is not shown as a pop up to the participants, rather the participant has to check the welcome message from the toolbar. Need to incorporate in the upcoming updates.

    This 100%. The application has fallen behind a bit and doesn't provide some of the features that give the others a more professional / polished look. Once that isn't available, users start to see the application as inferior and even start to complain that the audio / video quality is lacking as well. It just kind of snowballs.
