Add option to set the output of Self-View

Add option to set the output of Self-View same way as the configuration of OSD output

Customers asked to get the option to (re)move the self-view from the primary output to any other output same way as the OSD in Configuration / UserInterface / OSD -> Output.

This would be very helpful if there is an extra control monitor /w OSD and active self-view (i.e. Codec Pro output 3) and you always need a clean primary screen (i.e. broadcast, lecture sessions etc.).
